| Mr. Lawrence W. Horwitz |
|
Mr. Horwitz is a founding partner of the Irvine, California law firm Horwitz &
Cron, now Horwitz, Cron & Jasper, P.L.C., practicing in general business and
securities. From 1991 through 2001, Mr. Horwitz was a founding shareholder of the
Irvine, California law firm Horwitz, Cutler & Beam, practicing in the areas of
securities, general business practice and business litigation.
Mr. Horwitz is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (B.S., Business
Administration, 1981) and of Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at
Berkeley (J.D. 1984). While at Berkeley, Mr. Horwitz was honored by Phi Beta Kappa
and Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, where he was President in 1983, and was an
Associate Editor of the International Tax and Business Lawyer.
Mr. Horwitz was admitted to the state bars of both Texas and California in 1984.
Mr. Horwitz commenced his practice with the international law firm of Jones, Day,
Reavis & Pogue, where he practiced in the corporate and securities group.
Mr. Horwitz subsequently practiced corporate and securities law with Straddling,
Yocca & Carlson in Newport Beach, California. Prior to forming Horwitz, Cutler &
Beam, Mr. Horwitz was elected a partner of the law firm of Hart, King & Coldren,
where he practiced in that firm's transactional department.
Mr. Horwitz is admitted to the U.S. Federal District Court, Central District of
California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. From 1994-2001, Mr. Horwitz
was a key participant in the formation and operation of two investment funds providing
bridge financing for private and public companies.

| Mr. Lawrence M. Cron |
|
Mr. Cron is a founding shareholder of the Irvine, California law firm Horwitz & Cron
that later became Horwitz Cron & Jasper, P.L.C. Mr. Cron practices in the areas of
general business and contract representation and business, commercial and intellectual
property litigation.
Mr. Cron is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A., History, 1986)
and of University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (J.D, with distinction, 1989).
Mr. Cron was admitted to practice in California in 1989. Mr. Cron began his legal career
with the international law firm of Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro (now Pillsbury Winthrop),
where he practiced in the business and commercial litigation department. Mr. Cron continued
his practice of general business and commercial representation and litigation with Horwitz,
Cutler & Beam in Irvine, California. Mr. Cron is admitted to practice in all California
courts, and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Central, Southern and Northern Districts
of California.

Mr. Bernard C. Jasper |
|
Mr. Jasper is a shareholder in the Irvine, California law firm Horwitz, Cron &
Jasper, P.L.C., practicing in litigation and supporting his partners in all
practice areas. A senior lawyer in business litigation for Brobeck, Phleger and
Harrison from 1990 through 1997, Mr. Jasper ran a solo practice beginning in
1999, focusing on general business practice and business litigation, then joined
Horwitz and Cron in this new venture as of November 1, 2006. With a dedicated
associate and paralegal, Mr. Jasper manages a growing litigation group that is
prepared to address a client's entire scope of concerns.
Mr. Jasper graduated from the University of South Dakota (B.S., Business
Administration, 1981, cum laude) and from the University of Southern California
Law Center (J.D. 1984).
Mr. Jasper then earned admission to the State Bar of California, commencing his
practice with small to mid-sized regional firms in all litigation areas,
especially real estate and construction. With Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison, Mr.
Jasper began representing national interests in various jurisdictions, and
expanded his practice to bankruptcy and securities issues, as well as litigation
as a management tool.
Mr. Jasper is admitted to practice in all the State and Federal Courts in
California, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented
developers, investors, contractors, landlords and tenants in real property
matters, routinely enforced or challenging contracts of all types, successfully
prosecuted and opposed appeals, represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy
issues, including creditors in the County of Orange bankruptcy, all aspects of
securities litigation, and debt collection matters. |

Mr. Thomas D. Georgianna |
|
Mr. Georgianna has been an associate of Horwitz, Cron & Jasper, P.L.C. since
2008, practicing in the areas of general business litigation and commercial
arbitration. Mr. Georgianna is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University
(B.A., History/Political Science, 1998) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 2001).
Prior to admission to the New York bar, Mr. Georgianna served as a student
law clerk for the Hon. Judge Block at the U.S. Federal District Court for the
Eastern District of New York. Mr. Georgianna was admitted to practice in New
York in 2002 where he practiced as in-house counsel for Country-Wide Insurance
prior to relocating to California. Mr. Georgianna was admitted to practice in
California in 2006 and is also admitted to the U.S. Federal District Court for
the Central District of California. |

Ms. Kimberly A. Brooks |
|
Ms. Brooks is an associate attorney of the Irvine, California law firm
Horwitz, Cron & Jasper, P.L.C., practicing in the areas of business transactional
law, securities, general business law and trademark. Ms. Brooks has been an
associate attorney with Horwitz, Cron & Jasper, P.L.C. since May of 2007.
Ms. Brooks graduated Cum Laude from California State University Northridge
with a Bachelors of Art in Psychology and a minor in Woman's Studies. She is
a lifelong member of the Golden Key Honor Society and Psi Chi. Ms. Brooks earned
her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she graduated Cum
Laude with an emphasis in mediation theory and negotiation.

Ms. Rebecca Mercado |
|
Ms. Mercado is corporate paralegal of the Irvine, California law firm
Horwitz, Cron & Jasper, P.L.C., working in the areas of Business Transactional
Law, Securities, Corporate Law, Corporate Formation and Dissolution and
Corporate minute book maintenance. Ms. Mercado has been a corporate paralegal
with Horwitz, Cron & Jasper, P.L.C. since April 2008.
Ms. Mercado is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with
Bachelors of Arts degrees in Law and Society, Spanish and Chicano Studies in 2003.
She received her American Bar Association Approved Paralegal certificate from the
University of California, Santa Barbara in 2004. While at Santa Barbara, Ms.
Mercado was awarded the Mentor Achievement Award from the EOP Program in 1999
and was a recipient of Hermanas Unidas Academic Society Award both in 2001 and 2002.
Ms. Mercado has over 7 years of law related work experience having worked over 5
years as a civil litigation paralegal for a mid-size complex civil litigation firm,
for a civil litigation sole proprietor, and has experience working as an in-house
paralegal for a corporation.
Ms. Mercado has worked for attorneys who practice in the following areas of law:

Ms. Erica L. Featherston |
|
Ms. Featherston is a litigation paralegal of the Irvine, California law firm
Horwitz, Cron & Jasper, P.L.C. working in the areas of business litigation
and family law. She has been with the firm since November 2008.
Ms. Featherston is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine (B.A.,
Political Science, B.A., Sociology, 1999). She was the recipient of the Academic
Excellence Scholarship and was named to the Dean's Honor list five times. In 2004,
Ms. Featherston obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the Chapman University School
of Law. As a first year law student, she was awarded the Cali Excellence for the
Future Award for Legal Research and Writing II. While attending law school, Ms.
Featherston worked for the international law firm of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold,
where she worked as a clerk and was exposed to trial litigation in various areas of
law, including products liability, mass tort & complex litigation and professional
errors & omissions liability.
From 2004 to 2008, Ms. Featherston worked as a law clerk for a law firm specializing
in all aspects of the construction industry. In 2007, Ms. Featherston assisted the trial
partner in defending multiple clients in a complex litigation construction defect trial
which lasted six months and resulted in a victory in favor of the firm's clients.
